Recovery Support
I offer personalized recovery support for individuals who want help staying sober and building a stable, meaningful life. Whether you’re newly sober, returning after relapse, or feeling stuck in the middle, I provide consistent, judgment-free support focused on accountability, clarity, and real-world coping skills. My role is to help you navigate challenges, strengthen recovery tools, and create forward momentum, one step at a time.
Parent Support
My parenting support for parents of teenagers is focused on communication, healthy boundaries, consistency, and structure. Together, we work to understand teen behavior, reduce power struggles, and develop routines and expectations that support accountability while preserving trust and connection. Support is practical, individualized, and designed for real-life parenting challenges.
Relationship Support
I provide relationship coaching to help individuals improve communication, develop healthy boundaries, and navigate conflict with greater confidence and understanding. Together, we work to identify patterns, strengthen emotional skills, and create more intentional, respectful relationships. Coaching is tailored to your specific goals and life circumstances.
Life Transitions
Life transitions can feel disorienting, emotional, and overwhelming—even when they’re chosen. Support is offered for individuals navigating major changes such as career shifts, relationship changes, recovery, parenting transitions, or identity shifts. The focus is on gaining clarity, building resilience, and creating stability during times of uncertainty so change feels manageable rather than destabilizing.
